A Mediterranean Peasant's Knife
18th/19th Century

With sharply tapering single-edged blade (rust patinated) waved along the back and decoratively pierced and inlaid with brass dots, the forte overlaid with brass on both sides and punched with small circles, pierced spirally twist bone grip inlaid with twisted brass wire between pigment-filled dots, silver ferrule, and petalled brass pommel-cap with button finial
