With two-stage sighted barrel with a gilt cloud-burst around the fore-sight, the breech chiselled in relief with a martial trophy, foliage and C-scrolls against a gilt ground, foliate engraved tang retaining traces of gilding, signed rounded lock, cock and steel en suite, figured full stock (butt split) carved with an urn of flowers behind the barrel tang and inlaid with silver wire scrollwork overall (mostly missing), silver-gilt mounts cast and chased in relief with martial trophies and comprising side-plate, escutcheon, spurred pommel, and trigger-guard with large finial, silver-gilt ramrod-pipes, and ramrod with turned horn tip, Liège proof
