With straight sharply tapering pattern-welded double-edged blade of kris form with two converging fullers on each side of the forte, white-metal hilt comprising downbent shell-guard, downbent rear quillon with shaped finial of octagonal section, a projecting wing above, slender knuckle-guard en suite and secured by a screw to the domed fluted pommel-cap, the latter with threaded button finial, and tapering curved fluted hardwood grip with fluted brass ferrule
