Probably Early 18th Century, Scottish Or Scandanavian

Of curved flattened form tapering towards the associated brass nozzle, the lower half incised with symmetrical designs of flower-heads and foliage within ropework borders, and wooden base-plug secured by pins and carved with owner's initials 'I Mc K'
