Of iron, with sprung working parts retained by brackets with engraved leaf-shaped terminals, mounted on an axe-head shaped plate pierced for a key and with single octagonal ward-box; together with an iron door mount of T-shape, with two looped catches, pierced for attachment, and with terminal formed as a double scroll (some pitting and rust patination) (2)
