An Early Rowel Spur, And Two Gothic Rowel Spurs
The First Late 14th Century, The Second Early 15th Century, The Last Early 16th Century

Each of iron, the first with slender downcurved heel-band partly cut with diagonal lines and with short triangular crest, circular terminals retaining a large original buckle and hook for leathers, straight neck incised with crossed lines on one side, and star-shaped rowel of twelve points; the second with slender downcurved heel-band and spike-shaped back-scrolled crest, terminals each pierced with two holes, tapering rounded neck, and star-shaped rowel of six points; the last with slender arms of triangular section with triangular crest and figure-eight terminals with remains of original buckle, downcurved neck on an octagonal moulding, and small star-shaped rowel (incomplete, some pitting overall) (3)
