An English Silver-Mounted Hunting Sword
London Silver Hallmarks For 1764, Maker's Mark Of William Kinman

With curved fullered blade double-edged towards the point, hilt comprising ovoidal basal mount intended to fit over the locket, fluted quillon-block, recurved quillons with lion-head terminals, and spirally-fluted ivory grip of tapering ovoidal section, the pommel carved in the round as a lion's head with open mouth, and with prominent turned silver button
