A very rare Chamberlain sucrier and cover and a trio, circa 1795-1800

Of spiral-fluted or 'shanked' shape, the sucrier oval with false ring handles, the trio formed of a coffee can, a teabowl and a saucer, printed in underglaze blue with a formal Chinese riverscape with pavilions, fences and exotic vegetation, the elaborate borders outlined with traces of gilding, the sucrier 13cm high (fine crack in the can, wear to gilding) (5)
