Two Caughley plates of unusual shape, circa 1785-90

Both moulded after French or Belgian prototypes and printed in blue with the 'Fisherman' or 'Pleasure Boat' pattern, one with a delicate ogee border and barbed rim, 21.3cm diam, impressed Salopian (broken in half and restuck), the other plate with pleated moulding to the cavetto, 22.8cm, impressed Salopian (2)
