A very small Lowestoft teapot and cover, circa 1762-65

Of globular form, the domed cover with a button finial, painted in blue on both sides with a trailing peony plant growing from rockwork, a bloom with strange pointed petals to one side, a border of diaper panels and half flowerheads below the rim, 9.6cm high, indistinct painter's numeral inside footrim (cracked and chipped) (2)
