A Liverpool coffee pot and cover, circa 1758-60

Attributed to Richard Chaffers and Co., with a graceful spreading base and a broad strap handle, the domed cover with tall turned finial, finely painted in blue on both sides with a flowering peony branch flanked by bamboo, 22.7cm high (cracked and restored)
