Of pear form flaring slightly to the rolled rim, decorated in polychrome enamels and gilt with shaped panels of rakan, samurai, nobles, and geisha reserved in two registers against an elaborate brocade-patterned ground; the recessed base bearing a gold and green glazed Satsuma mon.
