Two Imari porcelain chargers
Meiji/Taisho Period

Each decorated in polychrome enamels and gilt, the first scallop-rimmed and centered by geese descending to a stylized stream, surrounded by panels of kirin and flowers within a brocade band at the rim; the second decorated with auspicious cranes on a gold ground, accented by three triangular panels of leafy tendrils at the rim.
