A pair of underglaze blue and iron red enameled porcelain deep bowls

19th Century
Each painted with dragons in iron red chasing a gilt flaming pearl above underglaze blue waves around the exterior walls, the floor of the well centered with a similarly painted dragon and the recessed base bearing a six-character Ming Xuande Mark in overglaze enamel applied at a later date (one bowl with tiny firing cracks to rim).
