Historic Sweet Home Mine Rhodochrosite Specimen

A.E. Foote was a 1910-20s mineral dealer who created the first printed price listings for mineral specimens in the United States. This very historic specimen has an overall rhombohedral shape and classic, strawberry-red hue, and still bears the originally applied paper label of Foote's famed business. Verified by experts as coming from the Sweet Home mine, measures 2 ½ x 1 ¼ x 1 ¼ in
