A Kakiemon octagonal bowl

Probably by Kakiemon 12th (d.1963), 20th century
The interior painted in delicate enamels with a peacock perched on a flowering chrysanthemum branch, the base signed in underglaze-blue Kakiemon saku. 21cm (8¼in) diam.
