In the rank of Major (QEC) supplied by Scott Adie Ltd to P.I.C. Payne, RAF uniform comprising tunic, greatcoat and mess jacket all in the rank of Flight Lieutenant (QEC) period, together with peaked cap QEC badge in bullion thread and gilt metal, all contained in a travelling trunk named to P.I.C. Payne.
