Assorted Militaria

Comprising a General's khaki peaked cap complete with red band embroidered K/C badge (lacking chin strap), an 1897 pattern infantry officer's sword by Hawkes & Co, contained in its leather field service scabbard, A Foot Guards officers levee pattern sash contained in its japanned travelling tin, this with brass plaque 'H.Goulburn, Grenadier Guards', two cased large size bronze medallions for the Army Rifle Association, on the reverse of one engraved '1928 The Royal Irish Cup' plus the names of the four participating NCO's, the other reverse engraved 1956, a WWI period Austrian Imperial brass and white metal bugle complete with applied imperial eagle badge and leather shoulder strap, a leather covered baton (34cm) mounted with three brass bands and a K/C cap badge of the 16th Lancers, a WWII period civilian respirator contained in original box and cover (all rubber parts perished), a Grant of Arms crimson leather covered case, the lid with three VR cyphers, containing the cased seals of Garter King of Arms, Sir Ralph Bigland (1831-38) and Norrey King of Arms Walter Aston Blount Esq, and the part cased seal of the Arms of Ireland (No grant), four pairs of officer's boots comprising two pair of black patent leather wellingtons, a pair of staff officers brown leather boots by Bartley & Sons, Oxford St. Inscribed to Major Adair. MC. Grenadier Guards, a pair of brown leather ankle boots, a horn riding stick lacking finial. (Parcel)
