A rare Meissen circular dish

circa 1735
The well painted in Kakiemon style with a butterfly over flowering plants issuing from stylised rockwork, the rim with an underglaze-blue trellis border reserved with four gilt-edged panels painted with sprigs of indianische Blumen, 33.2cm diam., crossed swords mark in underglaze-blue
