A Meissen saucer

circa 1735
Painted in Kakiemon style with a bird in flight over chrysanthemums and flowering branches issuing from rockwork, brown-edged rim, 13.2cm diam., crossed swords mark in underglaze-blue, impressed Dreher's mark of two stars (for Christian Meynert)
