Decorated in Imari style with alternating panels of a flower head reserved on a lustre ground with gilt trellis pattern, and two panels of prunus trees and flowers, each with a red-ground band reserved with floral scrollwork, the reverse of the saucer with three red chrysanthemums, the saucer: 12.1cm diam, crossed swords marks in underglaze-blue, impressed Dreher's mark of an asterisk (unidentified) and incised / to both (2)
