A Meissen Hausmaler yellow-ground two-handled saucer

circa 1735-60
Painted in underglaze-blue with a circular medallion of a building by trees, enclosed by three flower sprays and a scrollwork border, embellished in enamels and gilding, probably in the workshop of F.J. Ferner, 7.6cm across handles, crossed swords mark and triangle (inside footrim) in underglaze-blue
