The First With Dublin Silver Marks For 1724, The Second With London Silver Hallmarks For 1741

The first with colichemarde blade of sharply tapering hollow triangular section (some pitting overall), characteristic hilt caste and chased with fluting within borders involving foliage, comprising double shell-guard, knuckle-guard with central double foliate feature, spirally fluted globular pommel with button, and swelling grip bound with twisted silver wire (rear quillon replaced); the second of similar form, the hilt decorated overall with scallop shells and foliage (quillon fractured, knuckle-guard replaced) (2)
