A Fine Cased Pair Of Liège 80-Bore Rifled Percussion Box-Lock Pocket Pistols

With browned turn-off polygroove rifled barrels, bright actions engraved with scrolling foliage and each signed within an oval on the tang, folding triggers engraved en suite, fluted ebony butts both carved with quilloche along each side and with foliage on both sides behind the action, bright foliate engraved butt-caps each drawn-out in a stepped diamond shape, and in fine condition: in original fitted rosewood case lined in burgundy velvet with full accessories comprising bullet mould, turned ebony powder-flask and turned circular bullet box, the interior of the lid stamped in gilt letters with the retailer's name and address 'Chaudin, 14. Passage Des Panoramas A Paris.', the exterior (split) with vacant brass escutcheon within a border of brass stringing, Liège proof
