With plain sighted barrel and tang (some surface pitting overall), plain rounded russet lock (top jaw missing, screw incomplete), replacement three-quarter stock, regulation brass mounts, iron saddle-bar and ring (some pitting), and iron ramrod, probably original, with characteristic swelling towards the tip and grooved to engage with a lip at the front of the fore-end cap, London proof marks
