A Rare Wrought Iron Cannon
15th/16th Century

With barrel in two stages fitted with a flared octagonal muzzle mount with reinforcing rings behind (one with some damage), long octagonal breech stepped up at the touch-hole, knob-shaped cascabel with reinforcing band, and plain trunnions (pitted overall, perhaps reduced at the muzzle)
