A Mahogany Gun Case Of Unusually Small Size
By John Manton & Son, No. 6 Dover Street, London, Circa 1824-40

Lined and originally fitted (lining moth damaged, partitions missing) for a sporting gun and accessories, the interior of the lid with maker's trade label, the exterior with flush-fitting brass carrying handle centred on a circular vacant brass escutcheon
71.5 cm. x 17.5 cm.
