Hold-open toplever, non-selective single-trigger with double rolled-edge trigger-guard, the lockplates engraved depicting a pointer and a pigeon on the left and two ducks on the right, surrounded by best foliate-scroll engraving, traces of hardening-colour, gold-inlaid cocking-indicators, well-figured replacement stock (cracked at lower horns), the forend-iron with Churchill's Premiere Over & Under inlaid in gold, the barrels, engraved E.J. Churchill (Gunmakers) Ltd., Orange St. Gunworks, Leicester Square, London, with matt solid top-rib (intermediate bead-sight missing) and scroll-engraved breech-ends
