The first with turn-off barrel, border engraved action signed in an oval against a martial trophy on each side, thumbpiece safety-catch also originally locking the steel, trigger-guard engraved with a starburst, and figured flat-sided butt, Birmingham proof marks; the second of similar form, with signed action, and later chequered rounded butt (steel missing, action defective); the third with russet barrel engraved at the breech and inscribed 'L Lazarino' on one side, foliate engraved flat bevelled lock, carved full stock sparsely inlaid with white-metal wire on the butt, full brass mounts cast and chased with foliage (pommel spurs and trigger-guard finial incomplete), pewter escutcheon, silver barrel-sleeve embossed with a trellised design of flower-heads, and false ramrod; the last comprising a Sykes brass-mounted pistol flask, and a brass-mounted copper gun flask with reeded bag-shaped body, the nozzle graduated from 5½ to 6½ drams (both in worn condition) (5)
