16th Century

Entirely of steel, the head of six triangular flanges each showing copper brazing, reinforced at the acute point and pierced with a triangular arrangement of three holes, the top and bottom of each flange with decorative cusping, and with spherical finial, on seamed haft of faceted circular section showing copper brazing, plain grip en suite between roped mouldings, and petalled terminal (light pitting overall)
