With turn-off barrels numbered from '3' to '5', the bottom barrel fitted with a spring bayonet, border engraved breeches numbered to correspond, action signed within an oval against foliage on one side, and with a martial trophy on the other, engraved thumbpiece safety-catch also locking the later steel, sliding trigger-guard engraved with foliage on the bow, and figured flat-sided butt (some rust patination), London proof marks
