A Swedish 19-Bore Model 1859 Percussion Rifled Cavalry Pistol Carbine
No. 339, Dated 1832

Converted from flintlock, with russet barrel (some bruising) with brass fore-sight, rifled with four wide grooves and retained by a spring-held brass barrel band, serial numbered tang incorporating a back-sight, serial numbered flat lock dated on the inside and with dog-catch (incomplete) engaging with the back of the hammer, full stock (minor damage) with steel strap down the back of the butt, regulation brass mounts including side-plate stamped 'HS No. 40' and flattened spurred pommel, and no provision for a ramrod; complete with its shoulder-stock (minor split) secured by a spring-catch, brass butt-plate stamped en suite with the side-plate, and with iron lanyard ring (some wear overall) (2)
