Comprising six Osaka-e: two by Hokushu, one of the actor Arashi Kitsusaburo, with publisher's seal of Toshikuraya Shinbe, the other of Bando Mitsugoro as Iwafuji and Nakamura Matsue as Onoe from the play Keisei Kagamiyama performed in 1821, published by Wataya Kihei (*1), signed Shunkosai Hokushu ga, two by Yoshikuni, consisting one of Agemaki dayu from the House of Nakaori, the second of the actor Onoe Fujaku as a mounted warrior, published by Honya Seishichi (*2), both signed Shunkodo Yoshikuni ga and Toyokawa Yoshikuni ga respectively, one by Ashiyuki depicting the actor Arashi Rikan, published by Honya Seishichi, signed Gigado Ashiyuki ga (*3), one by Hokkei, signed Ranyosai Hokkei ga, another actor print by Yoshiiku, signed Yoshiiku ga, one meisho-e by Yoshimori of Kanaya from the series Tokaido, signed Yoshimori ga, two book plates depicting courtesans inside the teahouses, unsigned. The smallest 24.5cm x 31cm (9 5/8in x 12 1/8in), the largest 39cm x 26.5cm (15 3/8 in x 10 3/8in). (10).
