Finely worked in silver wire of varying gauge with sprays of chrysanthemum blossoms floating on a stylised swirling stream on a yellow ground; the inside well decorated with the auspicious character kotobuki within a floral wreath; the base inscribed with the characters Yoshizawa; with lacquered wood cover and tomobako titled and signed by the artist Hayashi Tani sei with seal Hayashi Tani. 19.7cm (7¾in) diam. (3).
