Decorated in enamels and gilt, the interior painted with a square panel with numerous chonin watching a procession of several figures mounted on horseback and donning the attire of samurai with others on foot, carrying lanterns; the exterior with another Daimyo procession and accompanying paraphernalia set among lobed panels enclosing various outdoor and indoor figural scenes and kacho-ga, signed Kaizan. 15.3cm (6in.) diam.
