Finely painted in enamels and gilt, the body decorated with five long rectangular and square panels enclosing Spring and Summer scenes including one of a garden fowl in a garden, a mother and child beneath blossoming cherry and a thatched hut set nestled among trees beside a water-wheel and brook, all reserved on a ground of mille-fleurs, the shoulder with a band of stylised birds among clouds, signed Kinkozan. 19.1cm (7½in) high.
