The cockerel standing with his head slightly turned towards the left, his head raised and crowned by reddish comb, the feathers well carved rising from the flamboyant tail, the pale brown stone cleverly used to denote the feathers above the white-toned body, supported on a malachite stand. 12cm (4¾in) high.
