A pale green jade 'Buddhist lion' group

16th/17th century
Carved as two playful Buddhist lions pulling with their claws at the same lingzhi fungus sprig, the ribs well delineated and incised long tails intertwined, the stone of pale green tone with russet inclusions, wood stand. 8.7cm (3⅜in) wide (2).
