The white stone deftly and naturalistically worked in the form of a hollowed multi-fingered Buddha's-hand finger citron with curled tips borne on a gnarled leafy branch, twisted to form a handle to one side, part of the stone of a pale brown tone skilfully worked to depict a small fruit issuing from the same stem, the stone with some opaque white mottling and with an attractive high polish, wood stand. 10.7cm (4¼in) wide.
