Gandhara, 2nd-3rd century AD
The mythical demi-god deeply carved seated, his head lowered, with his left hand supported on his knee and raised and the right hand placed on his thigh, the muscular body clad in a loin cloth and emanating strength, wood stand. 22.8cm (8⅞in) wide. (2).
