A green jade 'finger citron' vase

19th century
The citrus fruit with the characteristic elongated 'fingers' forming the sides and rim of the vase, issuing from a gnarled branch with smaller peach forming the foot, beside a globular fruit receptacle, possibly a pomegranate, the stone of dark green tone with lighter inclusions, wood stand.
