Made in three detachable sections, in the form of a bunjin seated on the deck of a straw-roofed fishing boat, the old man seated on a mat holding a fishing rod, beside a creel, the inside of the cover with chiselled signature Kitaho iwase sanroku ni oite, Shunto with kao; with tomobako titled and signed by the artist, Kitaho iwase sanroku ni oite, Shunto koku with seal Shunto. 30½cm (12in) long.
