Worked in gilt wire and elaborately decorated in opaque and translucent enamels with details of goldstone, the centre with three stylised ho-o bordered by shield panels enclosing butterflies alternating with other foliate motifs, the exterior with stylised floral heads interweaved among karakusa, unsigned; with wood storage box. 17.6cm (6 7/8in) diam.
