The jar impressed with several leaf form indentations around the entire body, splashed with orange and olive green glaze over a deep-brown iron glaze (tetsugusuri) ground, with tomobako signed and inscribed by the artist Kawai Kanjiro saku, tetsugusuri mizusashi, Sekiju, Kawai Tsune. 17.2cm (6¾in) high. (2).
