Decorated with two large scroll cartouches, one enclosing three crows perched on a plum tree with the full moon in the distance, the other of chrysanthemums growing beside tall bamboo stalks, all reserved on a blue karakusa ground of fans with kacho-ga designs; and signed Shippo Kojin Takeuchi Chubei; with wood storage box. 57cm (22½in) high.
