Supported on four shishi feet and decorated in gold takamakie, kirikane, and hiramakie, with Handaka Sonja holding aloft a tama, riding a dragon whose writhing body is entwined among swirling clouds, with details inlaid in ivory and kirikane, the interior and base similarly lacquered with butterflies flitting above stalks of lotus and insects; the sides with tea ceremony utensils, a hossu, a fan and a partially-opened handscroll, unsigned. 9.5cm x 24cm x 16.5cm (3¾in x 9½in x 6½in).
