Comprising one of a quail naturalistically carved perched on a stalk of quail, unsigned, 9½cm (3¾in) high; the other a figure of Jurojin, dressed in scholar's robes and holding a gnarled staff, signed in a tsuishu cartouche Sosai, 12.1cm (4¾in) high; with wood stand. (3).
