An ivory figure of a mother and a child

By Shunmei/Toshiaki, Meiji Period
The woman standing, her hair elegantly coiffed, clad in a formal kimono, one hand clutching a sprig of camellia and cherry blossoms, the other supporting a child on her shoulder, signed Shunmei/Toshiaki with seal Shun; with separate wood stand. 35cm (13¾in) high. (2).
