Bearing a kinji ground and decorated with three Noh dancers in formal attire, one envelopped in the Okina costume, in gold and slight-coloured takamakie, their masks of ivory, the interior of nashiji, signed Shokasai; with red lacquer netsuke of a karako holding a fan, unsigned; with a wood storage box. 8½cm (3 3/8in) high. (2).
