Both of upright form, one of five cases, decorated all over in gold takamakie, kirigane, togidashi and e-nashiji with an eight-fold bridge over an iris pool, unsigned; the other of four cases, decorated in gold and iro-e takamakie with two stalks of keito (plumed cockscomb), unsigned, with rectangular gilt and silvered-metal ojime carved with a bird, signed Tomoyuki and kagamibuta, unsigned. Both 9.2cm (3 9/16in) high. (2).
